Session.

AI-powered analysis for the research nobody has time to read.

Research teams record everything and revisit almost none of it. Session turns hours of raw user conversations into structured, searchable, defensible insight — without flattening the nuance that made the research worth doing.

01 — The Problem

The Problem

Teams gather more research than ever and trust it less than ever. The insight exists. It just never gets read.

A single round of discovery can produce a dozen hour-long sessions. By the time someone synthesizes them, the deadline has passed, the decision is made, and the recordings are quietly archived — expensive evidence nobody will ever open again.

The usual fixes make it worse. Generic transcription tools strip out the emotion and context. AI summarizers hallucinate confident conclusions from thin quotes. Either way, researchers lose the one thing that makes qualitative work credible: a clear line from what a user actually said to what the team decided to do.

A
Synthesis is the bottleneck
Analysis takes longer than the sessions themselves.
B
Insight expires
Findings arrive after the decision is already made.
C
Nuance gets flattened
Summaries lose the quote, the pause, the contradiction.
D
Nothing is traceable
No clear path from raw evidence to the claim.
02 — The Solution

The Solution

Evidence in, traceable insight out

Session reads every conversation the way your best researcher would — and shows its work.

01

Evidence-linked themes

Every theme stays anchored to the exact moments and quotes that produced it. Click a claim, hear the user say it.

02

Tone & tension

Surfaces hesitation, contradiction, and emotional weight — the signals a transcript alone would lose.

03

Cross-session patterns

Connects a single offhand remark to the same friction voiced across the whole study.

04

Severity, not vibes

Weights findings by frequency and impact so the team argues about priorities, not memory.

05

Ask the corpus

Query the full body of research in plain language and get answers grounded in real quotes.

06

Share-ready language

Drafts the finding in the team's voice — defensible, specific, ready to paste into the deck.

03 — Workflow

From recording to decision

Step 01

Capture

Drop in recordings or transcripts from any tool. Session handles the messy formats.

Step 02

Analyze

Each session is read for themes, tone, and tension — with quotes kept attached.

Step 03

Synthesize

Patterns merge across sessions into ranked, evidence-linked findings.

Step 04

Decide

The team reviews traceable insight and moves — while the research still matters.
